Ray Thornvale started this company in 2009 with one van and a rule he had learned the hard way at a big shop: tell the customer the price before you pick up a tool. Seventeen years later the rule has not changed, and neither has who answers the phone.
His son Cole joined in 2019 after finishing his apprenticeship. Between them they have seen most of what Dallas plumbing can do to a house — the slab leaks under 1970s foundations, the cast iron sewer lines that give out all at once, the tankless units installed by someone who skipped the gas sizing.
We are deliberately not a large company. You get one of two plumbers, both of whom will still be here next year, and both of whom would rather tell you a repair is not worth doing than sell it to you.
