Larkmoor Lawn & Landscape Get my price
Since 2014

Two people who show up on the day they said.

Larkmoor is Cass and Nathan. It has been the two of them for twelve years, and staying that size is a decision rather than an ambition we have not got to yet.

Cass Delgado and Nathan Pike beside the Larkmoor truck and equipment trailer on an Austin street.

Two people, one truck, and a schedule we actually keep.

Cass Delgado started Larkmoor in 2014 after five years on a large commercial crew, where the answer to “when will you come” was always “sometime this week”. Larkmoor exists because a homeowner should be able to plan around their lawn service. Same day, same crew — and if that changes, we call you before you have to call us.

Nathan Pike joined in 2018 and now runs the stonework: the patios, the dry-stacked walls, the paths. Between them they have planted most of the native palette that survives an Austin August, and they will tell you before you pay if the plant you have set your heart on is not one of them.

We stay deliberately small. Two people means the person who quoted the job is the person doing it, and it means we turn down work we cannot do properly rather than hand it to a subcontractor you have never met.

What we commit to

Four things we will put in writing

Not adjectives. Things you could hold us to, and occasionally have.

Free estimates, within 48 hours

We come out, walk the yard, measure and put the price in writing. No charge, and no obligation to go ahead.

One fixed monthly price

Maintenance is the same number every month, not a different invoice each visit. Anything extra is quoted before we touch it.

No contracts

Nothing to sign and nothing to cancel. If we stop earning the visit, you stop paying for it.

Plants chosen for this climate

We plant for Texas heat and Austin watering rules. Anything we plant that fails in the first year, we replace.

Customers

What people actually say

They come on Tuesday. Every Tuesday for three years — including the week it iced over, when they came on Wednesday and told me before I had to ask. I did not know that was something you could buy.
Priya N. · Round Rock, TX
Cass talked me out of the plan I arrived with. I wanted grass in a spot that gets four hours of sun; she drew a bed instead. It has looked good through two summers and cost me less than the lawn would have.
Wes T. · Austin, TX
The patio has been down two winters with no movement and nothing growing in the joints. The quote was one page and the final invoice matched it to the dollar.
Marta L. · Cedar Park, TX

Sixty yards, and room for a few more.

If your street is on our round we can usually start the following week.
