Tell us about the house.
We come out, walk it with you and talk through what is possible. Free, about an hour, and you are under no obligation afterwards.
This is a demo. On the real website this form lands straight in the owner's inbox — here it does nothing.

The four questions we get asked most
Is the site visit really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation afterwards. We come out, walk the house with you and tell you what is realistic. If we think the project is a bad idea, you will hear that on the first visit rather than after you have paid for drawings.
How firm is the fixed price?
It is the number on the final invoice. The only thing that changes it is you asking for something different — and that is agreed in writing, with the cost, before we do it. We do not use the discovery clause that lets a builder reprice once the walls are open.
How long will the permit take?
Between three and six weeks for most of what we build, and longer for additions. We give you the estimate for your city before you sign, and we use those weeks to order the long-lead items rather than to wait.
Can we live in the house during the build?
For most kitchens and all outdoor work, yes. For a whole-home renovation, no, and we will say so plainly. Where you do stay, dust barriers go up on the first day and the site is broom-clean at the end of every day.
Rather just talk it through?
Call during the day and you will get one of us, usually with a saw running somewhere behind.
